Language: The training is offered in Dutch or English . If an English-speaking participant registers, the course will be taught in English . If you object to this and would prefer to attend the training in Dutch only, please contact us first: info@koffieschool.nl or 030-6336538. Objections cannot be made after booking.
Exam: The written exam will be administered online. If you are dyslexic or have another demonstrable reason why this is not possible for you, please indicate this when registering. We will need to request an exemption so that you can take the exam on paper or orally with more time.
Retake: For the foundation level:
You have two attempts at the online written exam. If you fail both attempts and still want to obtain the certificate, you must re-enroll in the relevant training course.
