Chris Gallon - SCA Barista, Brewing & Sensory

Chris has worked in coffee since 2014 and has been an AST for most of this time. His journey has taken him from Barista, through to Wholesale Account Management before developing into a training role. 

In the years since he's worked with 7000+ learners and a wide range of businesses, from owner-operators through to high-volume multisite. We've been lucky enough to have him as our resident Barista, Brewing and Sensory trainer since 2021. You will also find him working alongside Heidi on our private events. 

Chris believes education should ultimately be enjoyable and accessible, so is always trying new ways to make complex subjects simple.
