HOME ENTHUSIAST COFFEE Workshop

Take your coffee knowledge to the next level with our hands-on Home Enthusiast workshop.  This immersive experience is perfect for coffee lovers eager to refine their tasting, brewing and espresso skills - in a fun, approachable environment. 

Please note:  If you are more focused on getting the most from your home espresso machine set up then please refer to the Barista/Latte Art or Latte Art workshops - these are practical based on espresso machines for 2 to 2.5 hours and are offered during weekends.

Home Enthusiast - what will we cover:

Coffee Cupping: Start with a guided cupping session to explore and compare coffees of different origins and roast levels, discovering subtle differences in aromas, flavors, and textures.

Home Brewing Techniques: Learn and practice popular home brewing methods like French press, AeroPress, and V60 pour-over. We’ll cover grind size, water ratios, and pouring techniques so you can make café-quality coffee at home.

Home Espresso & Latte Art: Dive into espresso basics with hands-on practice pulling espresso shots, and get creative with milk steaming and latte art! We’ll wrap up with a friendly latte art challenge to test your skills.

Wrap-Up & Q&A: Recap key insights on tasting, brewing, and espresso, with time for any final questions to make sure you leave feeling confident and inspired.

This is a 2.5 hour sessions - am 10am to 12:30 and 1:30 to 4pm
