These courses will be taught by Authorized SCA Trainers (ASTs). Trainers deliver course content within the SCA Coffee Skills Programme and assess the written and practical examinations required to pass each module, audited by the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). Points (upon passing exams) accrue towards the SCA Diploma.
